PlantBenefits.ro is the place where I share my experiences and passion for medicinal plants and natural remedies.

I started this blog out of a desire to live a healthy life in a simple and natural way. It all began with my (good 😄) obsession with plants and their incredible ability to support health.

I am 35 years old, and I can confidently say that I prefer plants over pills. For over 5 years, I haven’t had a cold, and on the few occasions when I felt a slight throat irritation, I acted immediately with natural remedies—and recovered quickly, without medication.

On this blog, I write from personal experience, not theory. I enjoy testing, reading, and sharing everything I’ve learned about food, plants, natural health, and prevention. I hope the information here inspires you and helps you choose the path of nature as well.
